Hello, Future PW Demons!

Join the PW Coaches to learn about the PW Pre and Swim Team and have your swimmer evaluated. Be sure to have your swimmer dressed in their bathing suit and goggles.

Those that cannot make the Open House can also be evaluated at the Swim Team Kickoff New Swimmer Evaluation on Monday, May 30 at 8:30 a.m.

Who: Swim Team families, Coaches and Swimmers are invited to celebrate the end of the summer swim team season at Potomac Woods! Let's gather to congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season.

• 12 and up: $20 each
• 5-11 years old: $15 each
• Kids 4 and under are FREE

• 6:30 -7:30 p.m. Dinner Buffet by Mission BBQ
  • If you last name begins with N-Z, please bring individual drinks - waters, juice boxes, soda, etc.
• 7:30 p.m. Potluck Dessert Table Open
  • If your last name begins with A-M, please bring a dessert to share with the team
• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony
• 8:15 – 9:00 p.m. Open Swim/Pool Games

• 9:30 p.m. Clean Up/Closing Time
• DJ Magic Mike Bennett’s playlists will be spinning on the PA system all night!

*We ask that you refrain from bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages during the banquet.

**This is NOT a drop off event, children MUST be monitored by adults at all times.

Volunteers Needed: Sue O'Malley and Raquel Licamele would love some help with pulling together some last minute logistics. You could help in many ways from a Costco or Dollar Store balloon pick up run to manual labor set up the day of the banquet. If you have it in you to assist, please email Sue O'Malley and Raquel Licamele. Volunteer points towards your family requirement will be awarded.
