We are the 2023 Potomac Woods Demons!
The Potomac Woods Swim Team has been a member of the Montgomery County Swim League for 50+ years! Our swimmers are of all swimming abilities. For Summer 2023, we are the 4th seed in Division H and will swim against Northwest Branch, Tanterra, Olney Mill, Calverton and Palisades. Our B Meets will be swum against River Falls, Country Glen and Potomac. We also have a PreTeam for beginner swimmers that is very popular. Many of these swimmers make the swim team by season's end! We are pleased to report that Jon Leong will be returning as our head coach. This is Coach Jonny's 23nd year as Head Coach of Potomac Woods. He is also an RMSC (Olney) coach and Poolesville High School's Swim Team Head Coach. Coach Jonny will be joined by Assistant Coaches Sophia Brandt, Orluke "Ogi" Borjigin and Sophie Kaplan for the 2023 season. GO DEMONS!
