We are the 2026 Potomac Woods Demons!
The Potomac Woods Swim Team has been a member of the Montgomery County Swim League for 50+ years! Our swimmers are of all swimming abilities. For Summer 2026, we are the sixth seed in Division H and will swim against Rock Creek, Calverton, Garett Park, North Chevy Chase and Cedarbrook. Our B Meets will be swum against River Falls, Country Glen and Potomac. We also have a PreTeam for beginner swimmers that is very popular. Many of these swimmers make the swim team by season's end! We are pleased to report that Jonny Leong will be returning as our head coach. This is Coach Jonny's 26th year as Head Coach of Potomac Woods. He is also an RMSC (Olney) coach and Poolesville High School's Swim Team Head Coach. GO DEMONS!
