Swim Team Committee Members – Exempt (15+ points)

• A, B and PreTeam Representatives, Registration, & Volunteer Coordinator

Committee Volunteer Coordinators – 8 points (Divide points equally if position is shared)

• A& B Meet Hospitality, Awards, Banquet, Photographer, Snack Bar Director, Spirit & Social, Team Apparel & Merchandise, Team Breakfast & Lunch, and Head of Officials

Meet Volunteer Positions (points per completion of duty at each meet)

• Announcer - 4
• Automation Head- Computer Operator - 5
• Automation – Scorer or Verifier - 4
• Marshal - Parking or Deck - 2
• Referee - 4
• Ribbon Writer - 4
• Runner - 4
• Snack Bar Helper -1 per hour
• Stroke & Turn Official - 4
• Timer - 4

Minimum amount of points required per family:  

• 1 Swimmer - 15 points
• 2 Swimmers - 18 points
• 3 or more Swimmers - 20 points

Opt Out Fees (paid prior to the start of the season):

• 1 Swimmer - $185
• 2 Swimmers - $210
• 3 or more Swimmers - $233

Penalty for not meeting minimum family point requirement:

• $12.33 per missing point
