Fri Jun 5	Team Photo Potomac Woods Swim Club Start: 5:30 PM End: 6:00 PM Our team photographer, Michael Neches, will be taking our annual team photo. Have your swimmer wear their team t-shirt and their biggest, cheesiest smile! Our rain date is June 12th at the same time.
Thu Jun 4	T-shirt and Apparel Pick up Start: 5:00 PM End: 6:30 PM Swim Team & PreTeam, pick up your team t-shirts, apparel, and personalized caps! Little Demons, your t-shirts will be given out at the first practice.

Sat May 9	Bathing Suit Try-on Potomac Woods Swim Club Start: 2:00 PM End: 4:00 PM Our vendor, Sports Fair, will have bathing suits available to try on and purchase at the pool.
Sun Jul 27 2025	MCSL Individual All Star Meet Rockville Swim and Fitness Center Start: 7:00 AM The Individual All-Star Meet is held the weekend after the Divisional Meets. Sixteen swimmers and three alternates are invited by the MCSL to participate in each event, based on the fastest times from the dual “A” meets and Divisionals. (Visit mcsl.org to view All-Star standings) Two heats of eight swimmers will swim each event. The swimmers are seeded based on their times. Each swimmer can participate in two individual All-Star events. Let's gather to congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season. PreTeam swimmers and families are also welcome to attend!
