• 1st PW Swim Team Practice! (All Ages) 9 - 10:15 a.m.
• Parent Meeting (during practice)- 9:45-10:00 a.m.
• Pick up Swim Team T-shirt - 9-11:00 a.m.
• Buy a Team Swim Cap ($15 cash) - 9-10:30 a.m.
• Team Potluck 10:15-11:00 a.m.
  
  • Families with last names beginning with A - L please bring  Breakfast Baked Goods (Donuts, Bagels/Cream Cheese, Coffee Cake, etc.)
  • Families with last names beginning with M - S please bring Cut up Fruit (Bananas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, etc.)
  • Families with last names beginning with T - Z please bring Bottled Water 

Potomac Woods Swim Team Banquet 2024

Who: Swim Team families, Coaches and Swimmers are invited to celebrate the end of the summer swim team season at Potomac Woods! Let's gather to congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season. PreTeam swimmers and families are also welcome to attend!

What: Swim Team Banquet

When: Sunday, July 21, 6:00 - 9:30 p.m. (RAIN OR SHINE)

Where: Potomac Woods Swim Club

Schedule of Events:

• 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. Arrival
• 6:30 -7:30 p.m. Dinner Buffet by TBD
  • If your last name begins with M - Z, please bring individual drinks - waters, juice boxes, soda, etc.
• 7:30 p.m. Potluck Dessert Table Open
  •  - If your last name begins with A - L please bring a dessert to share with the team
• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony
• 8:15 – 9:00 p.m. Open Swim/Pool Games

• DJ Magic Mike Bennett’s playlists will be spinning on the PA system all night!

*We ask that you refrain from bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages during the banquet.

**This is NOT a drop off event, children MUST be accompanied and monitored by adults at all times.
