Carmen's Italian Ice will be available for purchase. Snack Bar: The PW snack bar will be open and selling Paisano’s pizza, Chick Fil A Sandwiches and Nuggets along with other snacks and beverages. Potomac Woods Swim Club
Start: 8:00 AM
Warm-up: 7:30 AM
Arrive at PW: 7:15 a.m. Officials and Timers Meeting: 7:30am Swim Team registration dues MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO SIGN UP AND SWIM. Time trials is a trial run of a meet, involving SWIM TEAM swimmers (NO PreTeam). Swimmers will have an opportunity to swim different strokes and establish baseline times. Coach Jonny will use these times to determine the participants in our first A Meet of the season on June 15, 2019. All swimmers should participate in time trials. If your swimmer MUST miss this event, please speak to Coach Jonny before June 5. Concession Stand: The snack bar will be open and the PW Swim Team will be selling Coffee, Milk, Chic-fil-A chicken biscuits, Donuts, Bagels, Bananas, Water, Gatorade, Soda, and other assorted goodies. Be sure to bring cash and support our swim team. Go, PW. Swim fast! |

Hello, Future PW Demons! Join the PW Coaches to learn about the PW Pre Team and have your swimmer evaluated for PreTeam or Swim Team. Be sure to have your swimmer dressed in their bathing suit and goggles. Those that cannot make the Open House can also be evaluated at the Swim Team Kickoff New Swimmer Evaluation on Monday, May 27 at 8:30 a.m. |

Arrive at PW to caravan to Glenwood: 6:30 a.m. (Leave by 6:45) Warm-ups: 7:15 -7:30 a.m. Stroke and Turn Meeting: 7:15 a.m. Timer and Take Off Judge Meeting: 7:30 a.m. Theme: RED OUT (Wear as much RED as you can to represent PW!) Parking: Parking is available throughout the neighborhood as well as in the Flora M. Singer Elementary School parking lot.
