All are invited as we celebrate the end of summer swim season at Potomac Woods! Join your fellow swim team enthusiasts, coaches and teammates as we all congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season.

When: Saturday, July 20, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. (RAIN OR SHINE)

• 12 and up: $20
• 6-11 years old $15
• Kids 5 and under are FREE

• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony
• 8:15 – 9:00 p.m. Open Swim/Pool Games
• 9:00 - 9:30 p.m. Much Anticipated Slide Show created by Will Hicks
• 9:30 p.m. Clean Up/Closing Time
• DJ Magic Mike Bennett’s playlists will be spinning on the PA system all night!

*We ask that you refrain from bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages during the banquet.

**This is NOT a drop off event, small children MUST be monitored by adults at all times.

Volunteers Wanted: Angela, and let’s face it, hubby Mike Mussio who does not yet know he has volunteered for this, would love some help with pulling together some last minute logistics. You could help in many ways from a Costco or Dollar Store balloon pick up run to manual labor set up the night of the banquet. If you have it in you to assist, please email [email protected].
