Happy Thursday morning!

We didn't melt last night though it was suprising that we didn't! Thank you to all of the families who brought tents, it was greatly appreciated! We are asking people to do the same tomorrow, we would like to tent the deck for spectators and volunteers. If you have a swimmer swimming in the meet tomorrow, please bring a tent and we will use them around the deck. Thank you in advance!

• Team Meeting - 6:40pm
  • Join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Team Meeting! Our Coaches will announce Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners!

• Team Social - Senior Posters & Bake off! We will be making senior posters for fabulous seniors! Lyla Anschutz, Evelyn Kertajaya, Sienna Marshman, Bobby Lannan, Connor Myers and Abraham Watts
  • Bake-off-Swimmers, make your favorite appetizer and bring it portioned and ready to eat. Our PW Coaches and seniors will (very willingly) sample each entry to determine their favorite in each category.
    • Desserts will be judged in 4 categories:
    • Cakes/Cupcakes
    • Cookies
    • Brownies
    • Other

Team Luncheon- Senior Sendoff

We are having a team lunch to celebrate our seniors after the meet- all are welcome! Hamburgers/cheeseburgers/veggie burgers and hot dogs, a bag of chips and water will be about to be purchased for $5. Cake will be served as well. You may preorder and buy your lunch during the swim meet at the snack bar. We still need a few more volunteers to help with lunch, please consider volunteering.

Division H Shirt

Cedarbrook created a Division H shirt. To place an order, please order through this Google Sheet by July 7th. To pay, Venmo me at Jennifer-Templeman-1, last 4 digits 0992. If you don't have Venmo, reach out and we can arrange an alternate payment method. I will place a team order and pick up the shirts at Divisionals. You can get your shirt from me (or other designated person) at Divisionals or at the banquet.

Warm-Ups: 8:00am

Theme: Red, white and blue!

Officials Meeting: 8:30am

Timer Meeting: 8:40am

Meet Start: 9:00am

PW Snack Bar: Will be open and selling freshly made breakfast sandwiches, fruit cups, bagels, donuts, hot and iced coffee and the usual snacks and drinks.

Hospitality: Will be provided for all meet volunteers at the halftime break.
