Potomac Woods Swim Team Banquet

Join us as we celebrate an incredible season of hard work, dedication, and team spirit!

Attire: Casual / Team Spirit Wear / Swimsuits

Let’s honor our swimmers, coaches, and families with an evening of awards, memories, and fun. Pizza may be purchased when RSVP’ing, and families are welcome!

Dessert (Costco Cake and Cookie Trays) to be provided by the team.

Jobs for the banquet will open July 6th at 10:00am.

Pizza must be pre ordered by July 13th, there will be no pizzas or slices available to purchase at the banquet.

RSVP- $5 fee per family at time of RSVP and order Paisanos Pizza at a discounted price by Monday, July 13th.

This year we are asking families to BYOB (Bring your own Beverage!). Bring your own little cooler with whatever your family would like to drink for itself (water, juice, lemonade, other beverages). In addition, all families attending should bring the following based on last name.

Families A-K: Appetizer or Side Dish for 15 people (Chips/Dip, Veggie Tray, Cheese/Crackers, Fruit, Salads, Coleslaw, Veggie Side Dish etc.)

Families L-Z: Dessert for 15 people (Cookies, Brownies, Pie, Candy Board, etc)
