Hello PW Families!

Tomorrow is the A relay carnival! WE are hosting the relay carnival. 

***We are in need of 2 snack bar helpers. If you are able to volunteer, please email me back directly.  As a reminder, if your child is swimming in the relay carnival, the expectation is that you volunteer during the meet itself.***

The line up will be sent by Jonny later today. If your name is on the list and you cannot swim, please email both me and Jonny ASAP to let us know.

If you are dropping off hospitality, please have them at PW no later than 9:15, having it there by 9:00 is preferable.  You won’t be able to park in the parking lot between 7:15 and 8:30 but after 8:30, if there are spots, you can drop off or just use the vendor spaces to run them in. There will be parking attendants from 7:15-8:30 and only people with parking passes can enter.

Arrival Time at PW: 7:45. It will be VERY crowded, please allow time to arrive and park. Parking is by permit only. If you did not receive a permit from me, please park on surrounding streets, Falls Road Park, or Ritchie Park. There is NO parking at St. Raphael's tomorrow.

Warm-up: 8:00-8:15

Official/Timers/Reps/Coaches (estimated times)

8:00- Ref meets with Announcer

8:10- Ref meets with Starter 

8:15- Ref meets with Chief Judge 

8:20- Stroke and Turn Briefing 

8:25- Announcer calls for all timers and take-off judges to report for briefing 

8:30-Combined briefing for timers and take-off judges (Chief Judge should attend if he/she is not giving the S&T briefing) 

8:55- Starter timer check, all officials in positions

9:00- Meet begins

Parent/Coaches Relay: There will be a parent relay (100 M free) and a coaches relay (100 M medley) at the conclusion of the meet, prior to the results being announced.  We have a full parent relay!

Team areas: Our team area close to our usual spot. Please go to our team area when you arrive and check in with a coach! 

Concessions: Regular concessions from the PW snack bar!
