Hello! Thank you to all of our volunteers last night! Meet results are posted to the homepage and your swimmer's results have been uploaded to your Swimtopia account.

Friday Practice & Pancake Breakfast!

We only have morning practice on Friday, there will not be any afternoon practices. 11 and older will be from 8:15-9:15 and 10 and unders will be from 8:45-9:45. The team meeting and social will be after pancakes! There is NO practice or anything swim team related on Friday afternoon.

A Meet - AWAY this Saturday, June 20 at Rock Creek

• Saturday’s A Meet Lineup will be emailed to the team later today/tonight. Please check the line-up!! If your swimmer(s) is on the line up and cannot attend, please let me or Jonny ASAP so that opportunity can be given to another swimmer. Remember, an empty lane is worth ZERO points for the TEAM.
• Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet. If your swimmer is not swimming and you would rather not volunteer, please remove yourself from the volunteer list.

Meet at PW to Caravan: 7:30am (leave PW lot at 7:45am)

Warm Ups: 8:25 - 8:45am

Theme: Get Up and Go! (Pajama party)

Official Briefing: 8:30am

Timer Meeting: 8:45am

Meet Start: 9:00am

Parking: Ample parking is available in the lower parking lot, accessed via the entrance at the bottom of the hill on Grubb Road. If the lot is full, street parking is available on the neighborhood side streets. Please DO NOT park at the top of the hill on Grubb Road, as the Ride-On Bus has been known to clip cars as it comes around the curve.  There will be parking attendant's to help facilitate parking.

Team Area: The Potomac Woods team area is immediately to your right as you enter the pool. Meet results will be posted on windows of the guard office just to the left of the entrance desk.

Concessions: They will have breakfast items, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, donuts, muffins, chips, candy, coffee, drinks, etc. available for sale during the meet and they accept cash and Venmo. 

Team Lunch: Join your teammates and coaches after the meet for lunch at the Montgomery Mall Food Court.

If you do not plan to meet at PW and caravan to Rock Creek, please email me to let me know so you do not get an early wake up call on Saturday morning to ask where you are!!  Also, please wait in the parking lot if you arrive before the team so we can walk in together.
