Job Sign-ups
Volunteer jobs for the first Wednesday meet (6/10) open today at 10:00am! Volunteer jobs for the first Saturday meet (6/13) and the second Wednesday meet (6/17) will open at 10:00AM on Sunday, June 7. Moving forward, volunteer sign-ups will open on Sunday at 10:00 AM for the upcoming Saturday and following Wednesday meet. If you aren't sure if your child will be swimming in an A meet, feel free to wait until after Time Trials or the first B meet to get a sense of when they will likely be swimming.
We are still in need of a few volunteers for Time Trials Saturday, please sign up if you are able to! You will need to stay for the whole meet.
Stroke and Turn
If you are at all interested in becoming a stroke and turn official, we would love it! There are still a few online clinics you can still take to become certified. Please let me know if you’re interested.
Private Lessons
Remember, our coaches are available for private lessons! If your swimmer is close to being legal in a specific stroke or has a skill they want to improve, consider booking a couple of private lessons to give them individualized attention to get them where they want to be! Lessons don't just have to be for younger kids! All three of mine (ages 13, 12 and 10) got some last year to tweek strokes!
Time Trials Details
Swimmers, come in your age group color! For new families, time trials are not only a way for swimmers to get baseline times in their events but it also gives the volunteers and officials a chance to practice and get comfortable with procedures and jobs. We use this meet as a practice meet to work out any kinks; hopefully, there are none but we thank you in advance for your patience!
Thank you to all of you who have marked your swimmer's availability and signed them up for events. If your child is not swimming Saturday, please mark "Not Attending" as well.

Team Caps & Apparel
Please have your swimmers wear their team caps (and suits) for all meets. If they do not have a team suit, please have them wear a solid black suit.
Meet Program:
The meet program will be available online on our Team Website Saturday Morning. Jonny or I will also try to email it out Friday night so you can print it out if you would like. For new families, the meet program will tell you what heat and lane your swimmer(s) will be in by event number.
Snack Bar:
Time Trials start bright and early Saturday morning!! Don't worry about rushing to pack snacks or stopping to get coffee. The snack bar will be open and will have freshly made egg, cheese and bacon sandwiches, egg & cheese sandwiches, bagels, coffee, muffins, Krispy Kreme donuts, and more. Come hungry!
Meet Hospitality:
Our Hospitality Crew will be providing a whole slew of yummy breakfast foods for meet volunteers at the halftime break.
As always, please feel free to email with any questions.
See you at Time Trials, if not before!
Jenni
