Hello hello!

The PW Swim Season starts in 33 days!!  Who is ready?!?  Please read the email below as there is some time sensitive information in it.  

If you have not registered your swimmer for Swim Team yet, consider this your friendly reminder. Please register them ASAP as we are starting to look at the number of swimmers in each age group to begin working on our practice schedules.  (If you are not planning on joining the team again this year, this will be the last email you receive from me via SwimTopia.  I will only be sending future emails to those who are registered for 2026).

The 2026 Apparel Store is OPEN! A special thank you to Amy Linder, Karin Steele and Deb Young for setting this up for us this year! It will be open through 11:59pm on May 3rd. Grab a hooded shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, pajama pants, etc. The shipment will come to the pool and will be handed out at Time Trials. This will be the only opportunity to purchase PW gear for the season so shop now!

Personalized caps can also be purchased at the above link. This is a great chance to order caps with your name on them so they are easily returned to you when they inevitably get left behind at practice. It also makes it much easier to find your swimmer in the sea of swimmers as they are getting ready to race! Caps must be ordered in pairs (same name on both) and are $40 a pair.  Non-personalized caps will be available to purchase at the Swim Team Kickoff on Memorial Day, Time Trials and various other meets/events.  

If you are unsure what size bathing suit to buy, there will be a bathing suit try-on on May 9th from 2-4pm. Our vendor will bring suits to try on and you can buy them on site. The location will either be at PW.

If you have younger swimmers, sign-ups for preteam and Little Demons will be sent out in early May.

Look for more information coming soon but we will have a team Restaurant Night at California Tortilla on May 20th in Cabin John, mark your calendars now!

If you are an official who needs to be recertified or you are interested in becoming an official, the clinic trainings are now available for sign-up.  Please let me know if you are interested in becoming an official.
