B Meet results will be posted to the homepage later today.  Swimmer times have already been uploaded in SwimTopia so you can check their times if you wish.

Volunteering

We know that many families have already exceeded their points; thank you for continuing to volunteering and step up for the swimmers; we couldn't run swim team without you! If you have a child who will be swimming Saturday, please consider volunteering, even if you've fulfilled your point requirement. We have several opportunities still open for the meets that are already open and we will not be able to run the meet with positions still open including bringing food (needs to be at PW by 9:30), timers, runners and snack bar.  There are several jobs for next week's last B meet as well. 

If you are not sure of how to check points, please email me. Volunteer jobs will close tonight. If you are planning on paying for all of your points or your remaining balance of points, please email me and Randi Neches and we will generate an invoice for you.

Team Meeting and Social - Thursday, July 3, 2025

• Team Meeting - 6:40pm
  • Join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Team Meeting! Our Coaches will announce Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners!

• Team Social - Bake-off-Swimmers, make your favorite appetizer and bring it portioned and ready to eat. Our PW Coaches will (very willingly) sample each entry to determine their favorite in each category.
  • Desserts will be judged in 6 categories:
    • Savory
    • Sweet
    • Spicy
    • Dips
    • Charcuterie
    • Other

Friday - 4th of July Practice Schedule

We are going to have an all age practice tomorrow, Friday, July 4, from 8:30-9:30am. There will be a big buddy/little buddy portion of practice. Big Buddies, if you are not going to be at practice tomorrow, please arrange for another big kid to help with your little buddy. There will not be an afternoon practice. Everyone will have to leave the pool and deck at the end of practice. (We will NOT be having a team breakfast as we have done in past years)

Team Luncheon- Senior Sendoff

We are having a team lunch to celebrate Madison Heitzmann on Saturday after the meet- all are welcome! Hamburgers/cheeseburgers/veggie burgers and hot dogs, a bag of chips and a water will be about to be purchased for $5. Cake will be served as well. You may preorder and buy your lunch during the swim meet at the snack bar. We still need a few more volunteers to help with lunch, please consider volunteering.

Arrive at PW: 7:45am

Warm-Ups: 8:00am

Theme: Red, white and blue!

Officials Meeting: 8:30am

Timer Meeting: 8:40am

Meet Start: 9:00am

PW Snack Bar: Will be open and selling freshly made breakfast sandwiches, fruit cups, bagels, donuts, hot and iced coffee and the usual snacks and drinks.

Hospitality: Will be provided for all meet volunteers at the halftime break.
