Hello! What a B meet, I hope everyone's belongings are dried out by now! Thank you to all of our volunteers! Meet results are posted to the homepage and your swimmer's results have been uploaded to your Swimtopia account and on the App.

A Meet - AWAY this Saturday, June 21 at Potomac Glen

• Saturday’s A Meet Lineup will be emailed to the team late tonight. Please check the line-up!! If your swimmer(s) is on the line up and cannot attend, please let me or Jonny ASAP so that opportunity can be given to another swimmer. Remember, an empty lane is worth ZERO points for the TEAM.
• Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet. If your swimmer is not swimming and you would rather not volunteer, please remove yourself from the volunteer list.

Team Meeting - Friday, June 20, 6pm

Swim Team and PreTeam - join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Friday Team Meeting! Our Coaches will announce Demon Droppers, Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners!

A Meet Details:

Location: Potomac Glen Pool
13651 Hayworth Drive, Potomac, MD

Arrive at PW to Check in and Caravan to the Meet: 7:35am

We will meet in the PW parking lot at 7:35 to check in with a coach. Feel free to decorate your cars to show your PW team spirit! We will leave PW by 7:50 and head to Potomac Glen as a team. Once at Potomac Glen, we will gather in the front parking lot as a team and walk into the meet together. We are the Demons!! The mighty, mighty Demons!

Theme: Beach/Pool Party

Unfortunately, we will not be bringing in floats and rafts but please dress in your best beach or pool party outfits.

Schedule:

8:20-8:40 am Warmups

8:30 am Officials briefing (far end of baby pool)

8:40 am Timers briefing (near end of baby pool)

9:00 am Meet Start

Parking: Unfortunately, the lots closest to the pool and surrounding townhouses are not available for use. Potomac Glen asks that our families park along Cavanaugh Drive or Deerbrook Drive (on the side closest to the tennis courts and pool). Thank you for your cooperation! Swimmers can also be dropped off in front of the clubhouse before parents find street parking.

Concessions: They will have snacks, pizza, water, and Gatorade available for sale during the meet and they accept cash and credit card.Volunteers and officials will also be treated to snacks and drinks at halftime!

Team Lunch: Join your teammates and coaches after the meet for lunch at Fallsgrove. After you buy food, please meet the team at the outside tables between Jersey Mikes and Moby Dick's.  (14955 Shady Grove Road, Rockville, MD 20850)

If you do not plan to meet at PW and caravan to Potomac Glen, please email me to let me know so you do not get an early wake up call on Saturday morning to ask where you are!!
