Happy Thursday!

We kicked off the season with a great meet last night! Congratulations to all the swimmers and thank you to all the volunteers. It takes a village to run a swim meet!

Speaking of volunteers, if you are signed up to volunteer this weekend and your child is not swimming in the A meet and/or you can no longer volunteer, please email me.  

B Meet logistics:

• Results: The results are posted on Swimtopia on the home page.
• Ribbons for 12 and under swimmers from last night's meet will be available at the team meeting on Friday. If you aren't able to retrieve them then, don't worry, they aren't going anywhere! Each family has a folder with his/her last name and their ribbons will be placed their for retrieval.

Friday Reminders:

• Friday's practices are shifted- 
  • 4-5pm: 11 and up
  • 5-6pm: 10 and under
• Team Meeting & Team Social- 6pm in grilling area
  • Jonny and the coaches will be announcing swimmers of the week, spirit award winners and time droppers!
  • Team Social: PW bracelets!

Location: Potomac Woods Swim Club

Arrive at PW: 7:45am

Warm-Ups: 8:00am

Theme: Angels and Demons

Officials Meeting: 8:30am

Timer Meeting: 8:40am

Meet Start: 9:00am

PW Snack Bar: We’ll have freshly made egg & cheese and bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches, bagels, coffee, muffins, Krispy Kreme donuts, and more. Come hungry!

Hospitality:  Will be available during the break at halftime.
