Good morning!  

It's starting to feel like summer!  We are hard at work finalizing coaches and practice times, those schedules should be posted soon!   We have a few updates and reminders, please take a look!

PreTeam and Little Demon Evaluations:

For more information about our preteam program, please check out the team site, here.  Swimmers need to be evaluated by our coaches and then a registration link will be sent after evaluations on May 22nd. To sign up for evaluations, please go to this Sign-up Genius. If you are interested in your child being on swim team and they have not been on a swim team before, please plan to attend the swim team evaluations on Monday, May 26th at 8:40am. There is no sign-up for Monday's evaluation.  Feel free to pass this information along to anyone who may be interested! 

Bathing Suit Try-on

Try-on and purchase a team suit on May 10 from 2-4 at the pool!  If you would like to order a bathing suit ahead of time, please do so and choose "pick up in store."  Then, in the comments, write and ask them to bring it PW on May 10th to avoid shipping costs. 

Apparel

The 2025 Apparel Store is now OPEN! A special thank you to Amy Linder and Deb Young for setting this up for us again this year! It will be open through 11:59pm on May 9th. Grab a hooded sweatshirt, tanks, pajama pants, etc. The shipment will come to the pool and will be handed out at Time Trials. This will be the only opportunity to purchase PW gear for the season so shop now! 

Personalized Caps

Now is also the time to order personalized PW caps! They must be ordered by May 1st. To order a set of caps, please do so via this spreadsheet and then Venmo Deb Young (info on spreadsheet). Caps must be ordered in pairs (same name on both) and are $40 a pair.

Register for Swim Team 

Register for swim team here by May 1st to be guaranteed a t-shirt size. 

Stroke & Turn Officials Needed!

We are in need of more stroke and turn officials!  Please reach out to me if you are interested in becoming certified.  There are virtual and in person clinics and you will shadow a certified official for a meet to help answer any questions before you are in charge of lanes on your own!
