Hi everyone!

This is just a reminder that Banquet RSVP's are due Wednesday, July 17th!  Please be sure to RSVP ASAP.  If you have RSVP'd and are only attending and not eating, please be sure to Venmo your payment to Tina.  

We are still in need of some help for the banquet.  If you are short volunteer points, this is the last time you will have a chance this season so earn your points! And, even if you are not short points, we would love for you to step up and help us out.  Please sign up, here.  

The agenda for Sunday's event will loosely be: 

6:00 - 6:15 p.m. - Arrival/Mingle

6:15 -7:30 p.m. - Dinner Buffet by Silver & Sons BBQ

7:00 - 8:15 p.m. - Awards Ceremony 

8:15 – 9:00 p.m. - Open Swim 

9:00 - 9:30 p.m. - 2024 Slide Show created by our team photographer, Michael Neches

9:30 p.m. - Clean Up/Closing Time

As a reminder, families With Names Ending A-L are asked to bring Desserts for at least 10-15 people and families with Names Ending M-Z are asked to bring Water/Sparkling Water/Juice/Soda for at least 12 people.
