More Week 5 Info & A Meet Details
Happy Thursday morning!
A Meet - HOME this Saturday, July 13 versus Rockshire
- Please declare your swimmer’s availability NOW (Available OR NOT Available). Doing this helps Coach Jonny create the lineups for A Meets with swimmers that we know are available.
- Sign-ups CLOSE TODAY, July 11, at Noon.
- Saturday’s A Meet Lineup will be emailed to the team late tonight, or early tomorrow morning
- Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet. We have jobs for the meet AND for the senior lunch after!
Team Luncheon- Senior Sendoff
We are having a team lunch to celebrate Peggy Lannan and Ellie Rascher on Saturday after the meet- all are welcome! Please RSVP tonight by 8pm so our volunteers know how much food to buy! Hamburgers/cheeseburgers/veggie burgers and hot dogs, a bag of chips and a water will be about to be purchased for $5. Cake will be served as well. You may preorder and buy your lunch during the swim meet. We still need a few more volunteers to help with lunch, please consider volunteering.
Team Meeting & Social - Friday, July 12 at 6:00 p.m.
- Come to the team meeting to hear the award winners and for the drawing of the Demon Dropper name!
- Posters for Seniors - Join your teammates in making posters and decorating for our graduating seniors - Peggy Lannan and Ellie Rascher!
- Shaving Cream Wars is the social following the team meeting and posters. Swimmers should bring 2 cans of shaving cream and MUST wear goggles to participate! Once the wars are over, swimmers MUST be hosed off before they will be allowed to enter the pool. The hose water will be cold; if swimmers do not want to be hosed off, they should not participate.
