Tomorrow is the A relay carnival! Olney Mill is hosting the relay carnival, their address is: 3611 Briars Rd Olney, MD 20832

Arrival Time at Olney Mill: 7:45-8:00am. It will be VERY crowded, please allow time to arrive and park. Parking is by permit only. If you did not receive a permit from me, please park on surrounding streets. There is not a drop off loop so be sure to factor that into your departure time. The lot will be open at 8:30am to spectators without the need for passes. When swimmer(s) get there, please have them check in with a coach. We are NOT caravanning tomorrow.

Warm-up: 8:15-8:30

Order of Events Click here for an order of events. Breaks are after event #11 with refreshments for volunteers, and event #20. If our team wins a relay event tomorrow, the entire team qualifies for that event in the all star relay carnival! (providing there are no swimmers swimming up in that particular relay) 

Parent/Coaches Relay: There will be a parent relay (100 M free) and a coaches relay (100 M medley) at the conclusion of the meet, prior to the results being announced. We are in need of one more parent to volunteer to swim. Email me if you are willing to help out and swim for us!

Team areas: Attached is another map of the pool with the designated team areas. Our team area is #2. Team areas will be taped off for visual separation. They will do their best to evenly divide the facility chairs amongst the six team areas.

Meet results: Meet results will be posted on the wall outside the women's bathroom.

Concessions: Coffee, sodas/drinks, snacks, breakfast sandwiches and other items for sale in the baby pool area. Cash, credit, Venmo accepted. PLEASE NOTE: the baby pool itself is CLOSED, meaning no wading or swimming in it by anyone.

Spectator Seating: On the pool deck in front of the guardhouse, between starter at deep end and backstroke flags at shallow end, will be three rows of seating. Please advise your families to NOT set-up their own chairs in this area, as timers will need the space to switch from deep end to shallow end. Additional spectator seating is available behind the diving board up to the area behind the lanes, which will be closed off so only swimmers can go behind the deep end lanes.
