Good afternoon!

This evening, we are headed to Potomac Swim and Tennis Club at 10531 Oaklyn Dr, Potomac, MD 20854. The program will be added to our website when we receive it. Please print it out if you would like to follow along at the meet.

Arrival Time: 5:00 PM

Parking: There is no parking on Oaklyn Drive or the surrounding cul de sacs. Potomac will leave spots open for PW in their lot. Once those spaces are full, visiting parents are welcome to drop their swimmers off in the parking lot loop at the main entrance and then proceed over to Manor Montessori, across Oaklyn Drive, for overflow parking.

Warmups: 5:25 PM (The swimmers need to be there early so that coaches know who is there and get them organized.)

Meet Theme: Olympic Colors!  

Each age group dresses up in a different Olympic ring color. 8 & under- Blue, 9-10- Green, 11-12 Yellow, 13-14- Black, 15-18- Red. Coaches- All ring colors.

Volunteers: Thank you to those of you that signed up to help! Please check in with Ellen or Rachel when you get there for your name tag and instructions. We will be located at a table to the left, passed the baby pool, once you enter the facility.  We can't run this meet without you--if you can't make it, please let us know in advance.

There will be hospitality available for all volunteers at the break (after backstroke and before breaststroke).

Snack Bar: Hot food will be available for purchase from the Mussel Munchies snack bar starting at 5:00pm.

Officials and Timers Meeting: 5:30 PM

Pre-team Kickboard Race: 5:45 PM

Meet Start time: 6 PM
