Good morning! We have a few reminders!

• Did your swimmer lose their PW caps last year? Did you have a hard time trying to find your swimmer in the sea of swimmers before a race? Great news! We are now offering (optional) personalized caps orders! The order deadline for caps is May 1, 2024. Caps must be ordered in increments of two; the cost is $40 for two and can be ordered via a Google doc and paid via Venmo. Details are on the Google doc. Non-personalized caps will be available to purchase in-person for $15 each.
• Our apparel site is up and running. Items need to be ordered by May 1st.  The team store will close and apparel will no longer be available for purchase.
• Register for swim team here by May 15th to be guaranteed a t-shirt size. (Preteam and Little Demons registration will not open until after evaluations in May. A sign-up for evaluations will be posted next week) 
• Take a night off from cooking and join us at Potomac Pizza in Potomac Promenade on May 8th from 4-8pm! 20% of total sales will go back to the team just by mentioning Potomac Woods. Members of the swim team committee will be there to answer questions if you are thinking about joining pre-team or swim team. If you don't have time to eat there, pick it up for carryout! (When placing an online order, on the far left menu panel there will be a tab that says "FUNDRAISER." For your order to count towards the fundraiser, you must go to the tab, select the fundraiser button and add it to your cart prior to checkout.)
