A Meet - AWAY this Saturday, July 15 at Olney Mill

Sign-ups CLOSE TODAY, June 29, at Noon. Sign-ups for Divisionals on July 22nd also close TODAY at Noon. Our Divisional line-up is due on Sunday to our division which is why Jonny needs to know your availability today! Not Attending? We still need to know so we do not consider your athlete for an upcoming meet.

Saturday’s A Meet Lineup will be emailed to the team tonight. Please check the line-up! If your swimmer(s) is on the line up and cannot attend, please let me know ASAP so that opportunity can be given to another swimmer. Remember, an empty lane is worth ZERO points for the TEAM.

Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet - there are still a number of positions open.

Swim Team and PreTeam - Join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Friday Team Meeting! Our Coaches will announce Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners from Week 2 and this week!

• If you have not RVSP’d for the banquet, do so before July 19th. Details were emailed Monday. If you are short on volunteer points or want to help, there are plenty of food serving opportunities! RSVP, here.  The banquet is Sunday, July 23. 

A Meet Details

Location: Olney Mill Swim Club

Arrive at PW to Check in and Caravan to the Meet: 7:30am

We will meet in the PW parking lot at 7:25am to check in. Feel free to decorate your cars to show your PW team spirit! We will leave PW by 7:40am and head to Olney Mill as a team (We'll take the ICC to Georgia Avenue). Once at Olney Mill, we will gather in the parking lot as a team and walk into the meet together. 

If you do not plan to meet at PW and caravan to Olney Mill, please email Jenni Templeman or Mara Csokmay to let us know so we do not call you early on Saturday to ask where you are!!

Concessions: Their snack bar will be open and they take cash or Venmo. They will be selling breakfast sandwiches, coffee and the usual snack bar concessions.

Parking: They are leaving their parking lot open to us. There is also street parking available.
