Good morning!

This evening we are headed to River Falls Swim and Tennis Club. The program iwill be on the PW website later today. Please print it out if you would like to follow along at the meet.

Arrival Time: 5:00 PM

Warmups: 5:25 PM (The swimmers need to be there early so that coaches know who is there and get them organized.)

Meet Theme: Soccer moms and bbq dads

Volunteers: We need several more volunteers for tonight:  1 ribbon writer, 4 timers, 2 stroke and turn judges, and a starter. Please reach out to Ellen or Rachel  if you can take on one of these roles.   We can't run this meet without you--if you can't make it please find a replacement and let us know in advance.

There will be hospitality available for all volunteers at the break (after backstroke and before breaststroke).

Officials and Timers Meeting: 5:30 PM

Meet Start time: 6 PM

Team Area: Our team area will be in the field next to the playground. Gates will be open allowing for quick pool deck access. They will have some lounge chairs set up for us, but recommend that we bring some tents and additional chairs for our swimmers.

Snack Bar: The concession stand will be selling pasta, grilled dogs and burgers.
