Hi, Demon Families! 

We are NO LONGER carvanning to Northwest Branch tomorrow morning.  There was an accident earlier this today that has parts of 29 closed for an extended period of time.  Their reps reached out and told us to allow plenty of extra time to get to the pool.   Apparently, Google maps is not (or, was not) showing the closure but was Waze was.  They suggested that we take the Beltway to the exit for New Hampshire North toward White Oak and make a left onto Lockwood Drive.

Jonny has asked us to arrive at the pool at 8:00am.  When you arrive, please check in with a coach and wait to walk in together as a team.  

As a reminder, here is the information about parking:

Parking: Parking is limited. They will leave their parking lot open for us but once their lot is full, people can park along Lockwood Drive or in the neighborhood across the street. The sent us the following in regards to parking:

If you park in the neighborhood, park on one side of the road in the neighborhood across the street and be careful not to block or park too close to the driveways - we have had families receive tickets for parking too close to driveways. Likewise, please let your families know to obey parking regulations such as parking more than 35 feet away from an intersection, five feet from a driveway and 15 feet from a fire hydrant. These are all closely watched and enforced in the neighborhood! Seriously, they will call parking enforcement for any minor infraction and we don't want your families to leave with a souvenir ticket.
