A Meet - AWAY this Saturday, July at Northwest Branch

Please declare your swimmer’s availability NOW (Available or Not available). Doing this helps Coach Jonny create the lineups for A Meets with swimmers that we know are available.

• Sign-ups CLOSE TODAY, June 29, at Noon.
• Saturday’s A Meet Lineup will be emailed to the team tonight and announced at our Team Meeting Friday night before the social. Please check the line-up!! If your swimmer(s) is on the line up and cannot attend, please let Jonny, Jenni or Mara know ASAP so that opportunity can be given to another swimmer. Remember, an empty lane is worth ZERO points for the TEAM.
• Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet - there are still a number of positions open.

Team Meeting - Friday, June 30, 6pm

Swim Team and PreTeam - join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Friday Team Meeting! Our Coaches will announce Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners from Week 2 and this week!

Team Social - Friday, June 30 immediately following the Team Meeting

Tie Dye and Ball Scramble. Our rained out social from last Friday is moved to this Friday. Please bring a labeled white t-shirt to tie-dye. We will supply the rubber bands and dye. Then, stick around to play ball scramble in the pool.

Division H T-Shirt

Northwest Branch designed the Division H tees are now available for sale online thru Sport Fair. The online store is open thru 11:59 PM on Thursday, July 6th. Everything will be packaged at Sport Fair and shipped directly to each team for delivery by Thursday, 7/20. There is a drop down option during checkout for customers to select their team. Orders will be sent to me by July 20th and then I will distribute them.

Arrive at PW to Check in and Caravan to the Meet: 7:30am

We will meet in the PW parking lot at 7:30 to check in. Feel free to decorate your cars to show your PW team spirit! We will leave PW by 7:45 and head to NWB as a team. (We'll take 495 to 29N) Once at NWB, we will gather in the parking lot as a team and walk into the meet together. We are the Demons!! The mighty, mighty Demons!

If you do not plan to meet at PW and caravan to Tanterra, please email Jenni Templeman or Mara Csokmay to let us know so we do not call you early on Saturday morning to ask where you are!!

Warm Ups: 8:25am

Theme: Any sport but swimming (wear your bathing suit underneath)

Officials Meeting: 8:30 a.m.

Timer Meeting: 8:40 a.m.

Meet Start: 9:00am

Concessions: Dolphin Deli will be open and the grills will be going with Egg Sandwiches! Please bring your small bills to pay for items; they also accept PayPal. They are NOT selling disposable water bottles this year.They have a water filling station, so please bring your reusable water bottles!

Parking: Parking is limited. They will leave their parking lot open for us but once their lot is full, people can park along Lockwood Drive or in the neighborhood across the street. The sent us the following in regards to parking:

If you park in the neighborhood, park on one side of the road in the neighborhood across the street and be careful not to block or park too close to the driveways - we have had families receive tickets for parking too close to driveways. Likewise, please let your families know to obey parking regulations such as parking more than 35 feet away from an intersection, five feet from a driveway and 15 feet from a fire hydrant. These are all closely watched and enforced in the neighborhood! Seriously, they will call parking enforcement for any minor infraction and we don't want your families to leave with a souvenir ticket.
