Hello Hello!

Time Trials is one month from today! Can you believe it?!  Which leads me to... VOLUNTEERING!  Did you know that it takes approximately 35 parent volunteers to run each and every swim meet??!

To ensure we have all volunteer positions filled at all meets and events, we utilize a Volunteer Point System. Every PW Swim Team family is required to volunteer. PreTeam families are NOT required to volunteer but we would never turn away your help. Swimtopia, our team management software, tracks each family’s volunteer progress using a point system. Every volunteer duty is assigned a point value and each family will be given points when the duty is complete.

You may sign up for Time Trial volunteer jobs on the team website now.  Time Trials is currently the only meet open to sign up to volunteer.   You may also sign your swimmer(s) up for their Time Trial events. To learn how to do that, click here for instructions.  Again, Time Trials is currently the only meet open for meet entries or volunteer jobs.  Pre-team members should not sign up to swim any Time Trial events.

We are still in need of stroke and turn officials!  If you are interested in signing up for the free certification through MCSL, please email Jenni Templeman.  Trainings are on Zoom and will be later this month and early June.
