Hello Demons!  We have altered practice times a bit this week due to RMSC tryouts and the rescheduling of Coaches Long Course and B Relay Carnival.  

Last regular season practice is Wednesday morning, July 20.    

• Morning:  
  • 8:15 - 9:15am -11 and Older
  • 9:15 - 10:15am - 10 and Under
• Afternoon: 
  • 5:00 - 6:00pm - ALL ages (Fun Day with Coach Morgan)

Tuesday, July 19

• Morning:
  • 8:15 - 9:15am -11 and Older
  • 9:15 - 10:15am - 10 and Under
• Afternoon: 
  • NO Practice - Coaches Long Course Meet

Wednesday, July 20 - Last Regular Season Practice!

• Morning:
  • 8:15 - 9:15am -11 and Older
  • 9:15 - 10:15am - 10 and Under
• Afternoon 
  • NO Practice - B Relay Carnival at Country Glen

Thursday, July 21 and Friday, July 22 

• Practice times will be emailed to swimmers participating in Divisionals
