Hello, Demon Families!!

Potomac Woods traveled to Rock Creek this morning for our fifth and final dual A Meet of the season. It was a sunny, hot and exciting meet resulting in our fourth WIN of the season. Congratulations Demon swimmers! Final Score – Potomac Woods 444, Rock Creek 342.

Congratulations to Connor McCullough who broke the Rock Creek Pool Record in the 50m freestyle.  Way to go Connor!!  

Coaches Long Course Meet - Rescheduled - Tuesday, July 19 at 6:30pm

• Last week's Coaches Long Course Meet had to be postponed to this Tuesday due to thunderstorms.  
• Please come out to cheer on Hugh Cohen, Erin Gemmell and Connor McCullough!

B Relay Carnival - Wednesday, July 20 at Country Glen

• This meet was originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 19, so please note the new date. 
• This meet is a relay carnival at Country Glen Pool with the 4 teams from our Wednesday night league. All swimmers will get the chance to participate in relays with their teammates--it will be fun!
• Please declare your swimmer's availability by Monday, July 18 at 5 PM.
