Yesterday's Division J A Relay Carnival was a huge success (and so much FUN!!).  Our swimmers swam so fast and came away with a WIN!  Results can be found on the TEAM WEBSITE.

Potomac Woods won 10 of the 22 relays yesterday - earning those relays an automatic bid in to the All Star Relay Meet at the end of the month.  CONGRATULATIONS to all of the swimmers from those ten relays:

I can't end this email without giving a shoutout to the PW Demon Coaches and Parent Relays.  Our Coaches (Taylor, Madison Heitzmann, Morgan and Jonny) placed third in the 100m medley relay and our Parents (Mara Csokmay, Russel Schaffer, Lindsey Avancena and Brian Hahs) placed second in the 100m free relay.  WAY TO SWIM!!
