2022 Swim Team Banquet
Who: Swim Team families, Coaches and Swimmers are invited to celebrate the end of the summer swim team season at Potomac Woods! Let's gather to congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season. PreTeam swimmers and families are also welcome to attend!
What: Swim Team Banquet
When: Sunday, July 24, 6:00 - 9:30 p.m. (RAIN OR SHINE)
Where: Potomac Woods Swim Club
Cost:
- 12 and up: $25 each
- 5-11 years old: $15 each
- Kids 4 and under are FREE
RSVP and Payment:
- RSVP by completing this GOOGLE FORM and send payment to Tina Basalla via Venmo or Zelle (instructions included in the google form)
- Payment is due Wednesday, July 20th
Schedule of Events:
- 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. Arrival
- 6:30 -7:30 p.m. Dinner Buffet by Uncle Julio's
- If your last name begins with A-M, please bring individual drinks - waters, juice boxes, soda, etc.
- 7:30 p.m. Potluck Dessert Table Open
- If your last name begins with N-Z please bring a dessert to share with the team
- 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony
- 8:15 – 9:00 p.m. Open Swim/Pool Games
- 9:00 - 9:30 p.m. 2022 Slide Show created by our AMAZING team photographer, Will Hicks
- 9:30 p.m. Clean Up/Closing Time
- DJ Magic Mike Bennett’s playlists will be spinning on the PA system all night!
*We ask that you refrain from bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages during the banquet.
**This is NOT a drop off event, children MUST be accompanied and monitored by adults at all times.
