Potomac Woods visited Garrett Park this morning for our third A Meet of the season. Congratulations to all of our swimmers for bringing home our second WIN of the season!! Final Score – Potomac Woods 423.5, Garrett Park 365.5.

Congratulations to Connor McCullough who broke the Potomac Woods 9-10 boys team record in the 50 Free as well as the Potomac Woods team record AND Garrett Park pool record in the 9-10 boys 25 fly!

Congratulations to Erin Gemmell who broke the Potomac Woods 15-18 girls team records in the 100 IM, 100 Free and 100 Back.  Erin also broke the Garrett Park pool records in the 100 IM, 100 Free and 50 Fly.

• 8:45-9:15am: Preteam Practice 
• 9:15am - Team Meeting (Swim Team and Preteam)
  • Our Coaches will announce Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners!
• 9:30am - Team Social (Swim Team and Preteam)
  • Bring a white t-shirt and Ziplock bag, we'll supply the rubber bands and red and blue dye to make patriotic t-shirts with your teammates!! 
• NO EVENING PRACTICE 

B Meet – AWAY at River Falls this Wednesday, July 6!

• Sign-ups CLOSE Monday, July 4 at 6 p.m. 
• Please declare your swimmer’s attendance (attending/not attending) and sign up for their events.

  • Join your teammates in making posters and decorating for our graduating seniors, Charlie Alberino, Melina Anschutz, Sophie Kaplan, Katie Maloney and Emmanuel Odim.
