Time Trials are Saturday morning!! Details below: 

Swimmer Arrival:  7:15am
Warmups: 7:30am
Timer & Officials Meeting:  7:30am (If you signed up to be a timer or official, you MUST attend the meeting)  
Meet Start:  8:00am
Theme:  New Year's Eve - It's a new season so let's dress up and celebrate like it's New Year's Eve! Don your beads, party hats, glasses and noise maker to welcome in the new year/season at our halftime break!  

Volunteers: There are still volunteer positions left to fill!! (A few were added this week) Please sign up if you haven’t already done so. (Head Timer, Snack Bar...)

Team T-shirts and Apparel Orders:
Team Apparel from our first round of orders will be available for pickup at Time Trials.  Also, if you haven't picked up your team t-shirt yet, you can do so at the apparel table. 

Team Caps:  
Please have your swimmers wear their team caps (and suits) for all meets.  Caps will be available for purchase for $20 either from a Team Rep (cash) or at the PW snack bar (Venmo).

Snack Bar:
Time Trials start bright and early Saturday morning!! Don't worry about rushing to pack snacks or stopping to get coffee. The snack bar will be open and the PW Swim Team will be selling Starbucks Coffee, Milk, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Chick Fil A Breakfast Sandwiches, Ize’s Bagels, Bananas, Water, Gatorade, Soda, and other assorted goodies. 

Meet Hospitality:
Our Hospitality Crew will be providing a whole slew of yummy breakfast foods for meet volunteers at the halftime break.  

Team Lunch:
Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather forecast and lack of lunch orders, our Team Lunch has been CANCELED.  If you placed an order, Deb Young will be sending you a refund.  Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
