Hello PW Swim Team and PreTeam Families!

The PW Swim Team could not exist without the help of parent volunteers. It takes approximately 35 parent volunteers to run each and every  swim meet!

To ensure we have all volunteer positions filled at all meets and events, we utilize a Volunteer Point System. Every PW Swim Team family is required to volunteer. PreTeam families are NOT required to volunteer but we would never turn away your help. Swimtopia, our team management software, tracks each family’s volunteer progress using a point system. Every volunteer duty is assigned a point value and each family will be given points when the duty is complete.

You may sign up for meet volunteer jobs on the team website NOW. If your schedule presents a challenge for service during meets or events, please contact Mara Csokmay to make alternate arrangements. There are plenty of behind the scene volunteer opportunities.
