Hello, Demon Families! What a great meet at Country Glen last night! So glad the weather changed its mind and allowed us to have our meet! Results and the ladder have been posted to the Swimtopia website. 

Tomorrow, Friday, July 15, is the final day of swim team practice for the regular season.  We will announce practice times for the swimmers that make the Divisionals Meet lineup in the very near future.  

A Meet - AWAY this Saturday, July 17 at Westleigh (Final Dual Meet of the Season!)

• Please declare your swimmer’s availability (Available/Not available).
• Sign-ups CLOSE Thursday (TODAY!), July 15, at Noon.
• Meet Lineup will be announced at Team Breakfast and emailed on Friday.
• Please sign up to volunteer if your swimmer makes the A meet

Team Breakfast – Friday, July 16, 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.

• Swim Team and PreTeam - Join your teammates and coaches for our weekly Friday morning Team Breakfast! Coach Jonny will be announcing Saturday's A Meet lineup, Swimmers of the Week, Time Droppers of the Week and Spirit Award Winners!
• Grab and Go breakfast foods will be available for purchase.
• Please RSVP so we know how much food to provide.

Team Social - Friday, July 16 at 6:00 p.m.

• Aloha!! Come to the Island of Potomac Woods for a limbo contest and to make a hibiscus flower craft with your preteam and swim team friends!

Swim Team Banquet - Sunday, July 18 at 6:00 p.m.
