We would love to have our youngest Demons there to enjoy the banquet with us and will call them up as a group during the awards ceremony to acknowledge their hard work this summer. Information and rsvp/payment details are below.

Who: Swim Team families, Coaches and Swimmers are invited to celebrate the end of the summer swim team season at Potomac Woods! Let's gather to congratulate the swimmers for their efforts this season.

Cost:

• 12 and up: $20 each
• 5-11 years old: $15 each
• Kids 4 and under are FREE

Payment:

• Payment is due Friday, July 16^th

Schedule of Events:

• 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. Arrival
  • Swim Selfie Station - Bring your silly!
• 6:30 -7:30 p.m. Dinner Buffet by Mission BBQ
  • If you last name begins with N-Z, please bring individual drinks - waters, juice boxes, soda, etc.
• 7:30 p.m. Potluck Dessert Table Open
  • If your last name begins with A-M, please bring a dessert to share with the team
• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony
• 8:15 – 9:00 p.m. Open Swim/Pool Games
• 9:00 - 9:30 p.m. 2021 Slide Show created by our team photographer, Will Hicks
• 9:30 p.m. Clean Up/Closing Time
• DJ Magic Mike Bennett’s playlists will be spinning on the PA system all night!

*We ask that you refrain from bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages during the banquet.

**This is NOT a drop off event, children MUST be monitored by adults at all times.

Volunteers Needed: Sue O'Malley and Raquel Licamele would love some help with pulling together some last minute logistics. You could help in many ways from a Costco or Dollar Store balloon pick up run to manual labor set up the day of the banquet. If you have it in you to assist, please email Sue O'Malley and Raquel Licamele. Volunteer points towards your family requirement will be awarded.
