MSTC is designed to improve a swimmers ability to swim the four competitive strokes, learn correct starts and turns, gain strength and have fun. In order to participate, swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle without stopping.

Sunday evening stroke clinics will be offered at Germantown, Kennedy Shriver, Martin Luther King, and Olney Swim Centers Sunday, February 14th - May 23rd (13 sessions) and Rockville Swim and Fitness Center Sunday, March 7th - Sunday, May 23rd (10 sessions)

This is a great opportunity to "knock off the dust" and prepare for the summer season (fingers crossed!!).
