Our first B Meet is HOME this Wednesday, June 12 at Potomac Woods versus Potomac.

Please sign your swimmer(s) up for this B Meet  by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10. 

Instructions on how to sign your swimmer(s) up are on the website at: https://potomacwoodsswimteam.swimtopia.com/signup-instructions and at the bottom of this email.

Swim team registration dues MUST BE PAID in order for your swimmer(s) to swim in meets.

Volunteers: There are a few volunteer positions left to fill!! Please sign up if you haven’t already done so. We appreciate our parent volunteers!!

B Meet Details: 

• Meet Theme: Pajama Party – Wear your pajamas!
• Arrive by: 4:45 pm
• Warm-ups: 5:00 - 5:25 pm
• Officials and Timers Meetings: 5:30 pm
• Meet Start: 6:00 pm
• Food: The PW snack bar will be open and selling Chick Fil A Sandwiches and Nuggets along with other snacks and beverages. Carmen’s Italian Ice will also be available for purchase.

To Sign your Swimmer up for Time Trials (and B Meets):

1. https://potomacwoodsswimteam.swimtopia.com
2. Log into your family account.
3. Find Time Trials either on the Home Page or under the Meet Sign Up Calendar Tab.
4. Click the Green MEET ENTRY Button
5. Click the Red EDIT Tab under your swimmer's name
6. For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
   1. (undeclared)
   2. Not attending this Meet -or-
   3. Attending this Meet
7. Check the boxes to select the events your swimmer wishes to swim from the list provided
8. Click SAVE to record your choices
9. Repeat for any additional swimmers.

*Please Declare "Not Attending this Meet" if your swimmer cannot attend this meet.

*Note: Selecting events is only a request. The coaches will make a final decision as to who will swim in which events.

To sign up for a Volunteer Job:

2. Log into your family account.
3. Find Time Trials either on the Home Page or under the Meet Sign Up Calendar Tab.
4. Click the Green JOB SIGNUP Button

1. Click on the Red Sign Up for Jobs Button
   • 6.Select your volunteer shifts (Note: one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
   1. Click Save Assignments.
