Happy Friday, PW Families!!  

I have added a new volunteer opportunity to 3 meets - Time Trials on June 8 and the 2 Home A Meets on June 22 and July 6.  This volunteer job is Meet Set Up - setting up tables and chairs THE NIGHT BEFORE the home meets. This is a great opportunity for those of you that hang out at the pool until closing time on Friday nights! 

Also, if anyone is interested in shadowing myself or Christine Maloney for the A and B Representative positions next year, please shoot me an email!

Meet Set Up Duties (Friday Night) – Parent Volunteer

• 1.Spectator Area
  • a.Front row: 10 short chairs (found in baby pool)
  • b.2^nd and 3^rd rows: 10 regular chairs
  • c.Two Tents – do NOT set them up, just lay them next to chairs
• 2.Start Area (Deep End)
  • a.2 regular chairs behind each lane of, 1 in front of the other about 6 feet behind pool
  • b.Turn all chaise lounge chairs under green tent sideways
• 3.Announcer’s (DJ) Station
  • a.One Table
  • b.One Tent – do NOT set up, just lay it next to table
• 4.Awards Area
  • a.One Table (in front of Lifeguard Office)
